Schorr Law’s lead real estate attorney, Zachary D. Schorr, is making an appearance on the Dr. Phil Show scheduled to air on Friday, November 23, 2012. The Dr. Phil Show asked Mr. Schorr to be on the show to comment on a real estate situation involving an interplay between an adverse possession claim, bankruptcy and landlord tenant matter.  The situation involved squatters who moved into a home while the owners were out of state, which forced the homeowners to combat the squatters through the Court system.
